Firstly, we would be inclined to offer a discount if you engaged us on a retained basis.

What does this mean?

It means that instead of paying full recruitment agency fees at the point your hire commences employment, you pay part of the fee to engage our services at the start of the process (⅓ of the total fee).

The final ⅔ of the fee (the balance) is due when that person joins your business.
