Firstly, we provide a 10% discount for any client who engages us on a retained basis for both our IDENTIFY and ENHANCE packages.
What does this mean?
It means that instead of paying full recruitment agency fees at the point your hire commences employment, you pay part of the fee to engage our services at the start of the process (⅓ of the total fee).
The final ⅔ of the fee (the balance) is due when that person joins your business.
