- Peeq Search – the full-service option. We own the process end to end, from unlimited headhunting and multiple shortlists to candidate management, offer stage support, and discreet/confidential searches if needed.
And if you start with one package and want to upgrade, the fee you’ve already paid is credited toward the next level.

We’ll then present a shortlist of up to 5 qualified candidates on a branded landing page, complete with detailed notes and scoring — so you can focus your time on meeting the very best people.
- Peeq Search – this is where we become a true extension of your business. We own the full process end to end: unlimited headhunting outreach, multiple refined shortlists, weekly progress reports, interview scheduling, candidate communication and debriefs, and full support through to offer negotiation. Where discretion is essential (such as replacement or sensitive hires), we also run anonymous advertising and confidential approaches on your behalf.

Can I upgrade from one Peeq package to another?
Yes. If you start with Attract and then decide you’d like us to manage screening and shortlisting, your £399 fee is credited toward Peeq Identify. Likewise, if you’ve paid for Identify and later upgrade to Search, your £2,999 is credited toward the £3,999 engagement fee — you only pay the top-up plus the success fee on hire.
What happens if no hire is made?
With Peeq Identify, your £2,999 fee covers the shortlist and assessments, even if you don’t make a hire. However, you can choose to upgrade to Peeq Search and only pay the additional top-up plus success fee once a hire is made. With Peeq Search, we continue working until the right hire is secured (unless the role is withdrawn or filled outside of our process).
Do you offer discreet or confidential searches?
Yes. For sensitive hires — such as replacing an incumbent or during a restructure — Peeq Search can be run discreetly. We’ll advertise anonymously and headhunt confidentially, ensuring your business remains protected throughout the process.
When do I need to pay?
- Peeq Attract is payable upfront before we promote your vacancy.
- Peeq Identify is invoiced at the point of engagement, with 15-day terms.
- Peeq Search is invoiced at the point of engagement (less if you upgrade from Identify), with 15-day terms and a 12.5% success fee on the candidate’s offer and acceptance of the role
