Step into a transformative new role as the VP, Global HR Business Partnering at Oxford Nanopore Technologies.

Where will I be based?

You will be based from Oxford Nanopore’s UK Headquarters on the prestigious Oxford Science Park.

What does the balance between home vs. office based working look like?

You are likely to be in the office between 3-4 days per week.

How much annual leave do I get?

25 days paid annual leave in addition to 8 bank holidays per calendar year.

Will I be expected to travel?

There will be a little global travel involved but it won’t form an integral part of your job.

Do I need global experience?

Yes, strong international exposure is crucial for this role.

What will the interview process look like?

You will be assessed by Peeq initially, before being introduced to Oxford Nanopore. If you’re selected by Oxford Nanopore to progress, you will be expected to complete three rounds of interviewing, consisting of: a face to face interview (stage 2), psychometric testing, a presentation and a final interview with the CEO.
