A vacancy has arisen for a Training & Development Manager to join the Academy team, based at the Denham site. Within this role, you’ll create and deliver the Learning & Development strategy across the organisation, shaping future capabilities of our workforce.
Within the role, you’ll:
- Enable employee-led development by putting in place clear mechanisms and tools that empower individuals to manage and track their own development.
- Deliver the annual company learning plan, ensuring all activity is aligned with business priorities, closing identified skills gaps, and supporting organisational capability uplift.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining accurate and engaging content while tracking usage, compliance, and learner engagement.
- Manage the annual L&D budget, including forecasting, cost control, and ensuring return on investment across all learning initiatives.
- Source and manage external training providers, evaluating quality, negotiating value, and building strong training partnerships to meet organisational needs.
- Lead and support the Training Administration team, ensuring high service standards, efficient processes, and effective coordination of learning activity.

- Significant Learning & Development management experience.
- Facilitation and coaching skills.
- Understanding of competency frameworks and experience utilising blended learning approaches.
- Data-drive mindset, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
