About the Job

PolyAI is actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The right candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, booking interviews, managing communications between talent and leadership, conducting first stage interviews, and completing the offer process. You will be supporting myself with day to day tasks including pipeline building, candidate outreach through linkedin and Workable, and first stage candidate interviews!

PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants that carry on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. Our voice assistants understand customers, regardless of what they say or how they say it. We serve enterprises where customer conversation is an important part of doing business. Our customers include some of the leading names in banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, and telecommunications. Our enterprise clients deploy PolyAI voice assistants to cut down on wait times and free up live staff to focus on calls requiring empathy and judgment. As a result, our enterprise clients see improved customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience working with an ATS system; Workable preferred
  • Experience either in-house or from a recruitment agency working on Tech/Product/Sales roles in a hyper growth start up
  • Ability to work on 10+ open requisitions at a time
  • We aim to respond to all candidates within 24 hours – urgency is a must!
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment, startup experience is ideal
  • You are a self starter who is able to work independently, takes initiative and asks questions
  • Experience building pipeline within Linkedin Recruiter and conducting interviews with candidates
  • Strong organisational and administration skills are essential
  • You must be located in the UK

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the recruitment process including setting up interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Creating candidate pipeline and conducting outreach out/interviews through Workable and Linkedin Recruiter
  • Promote best practices throughout the recruitment process
  • Responsible for the entry, maintenance, and updates to all candidate evaluations on workable from the hiring team
  • Partner with Executive Assistants to ensure calendars are updated
  • Ensure job postings are grammatically correct and updated on job boards
  • Sending contracts through Docusign and ensuring all candidate details are correct
