We’re looking for an experienced, delivery focused Technical Recruiter to hire across a range of Tech roles. You’ll partner closely with our technical teams and to understand priorities, help design and execute successful hiring processes and bring in a diverse set of candidates. You’ll have responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing and closing as well as giving insight and recommendations to hiring managers along the way.

A day in the life:

  • Take full ownership in how you achieve your top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goal whilst communicating success and blockers
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies that deliver an always-on pipeline of quality hires.
  • Identify, engage, activate and nurture top talent through traditional techniques and unconventional means
  • Working closely with hiring managers and your talent team peers to execute and deliver on our hiring plans across Technology.
  • Hire for a variety of Tech roles (Software Engineers, Reliability Engineering, Data, Infrastructure and more)
  • Ensure that all candidates experience a recruitment process reflective of our amazing culture and brand
  • Build strong relationships with the hiring teams across the business to make sure the internal customer experience is as clear and concise as the candidate experience

About you:

  • Experience in-house is a must – ideally in a fast growing, technology focused role and business
  • Good knowledge of the overall Tech hiring landscape and hands-on 360 experience working on a variety of Tech roles
  • You are adaptable, highly motivated, and a naturally curious individual who loves the challenge of finding hidden talent
  • You find enjoyment in delivering a first-class candidate experience and whilst wholly embodying our amazing Zopa culture!
  • You’ll have a firm track record of successfully delivering against stretch delivery goals within a given deadline
  • You’ll be knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools and techniques utilized for recruiting top technical talent
  • You are a natural born connector and communicator that not only has the ability to establish relationships with key people within
  • the tech industry, but you also thrive on cultivating those relationships over time
  • Last but not least, you are passionate about Tech hiring!
