Our Talent Acquisition team truly partner with our business. They’re experts in their field, offering advice and presenting solutions that will deliver for our stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will assist the Head of HR, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition Leads on searches, with the view to building knowledge and experience to eventually own and manage sophisticated recruitment processes of their own. The focus of the role being on providing a great candidate experience, whilst maintaining a focus on partnering with stakeholders to advise, guide and collaborate.

You will join the wider Talent Acquisition team for Quilter plc, but this role will be supporting the Group Functions teams specifically. The role will report into the Head of HR for Group Functions and COO and has an additional reporting line into the Talent Acquisition leads for both the Affluent and High Net Worth business segments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing recruitment for your business area and being the first point of contact for your area’s recruitment queries
  • This role is focused on end to end recruitment: sourcing, screening and progressing candidates through interview pipelines
  • Recruiting high calibre candidates for a variety of specialisms and creating sourcing strategies where necessary
  • Interviewing candidates via phone, Teams or in- person
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ensuring to eliminate bias, foster diverse candidate pools, and contribute to building an inclusive workforce
  • Recruiting for other roles across the wider business when required
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders and offering consultative advice and solutions to any challenges
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team and supporting each other when needed
  • Partnering effectively with the HR Business Partners
  • Collaborating with those supporting your business area to support function wide initiatives and projects
  • Producing high quality documents and leading small projects
  • ATS data reporting and ensuring the data is accurate at all times
  • Continuously expanding knowledge and skills in Talent Acquisition and broader HR principles at all times, and Engaging in professional development opportunities
  • Bringing new ideas and learnings ‘to the table
  • Consult on relevant industry and market talent insights which impact delivery.

About You

  • Previous experience of working as a Recruiter within a recruitment agency or search firm is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge or experience recruiting for investment management, wealth, or financial services, particularly in functional specialisms, would be advantageous.
  • You have an understanding of the recruitment process, sourcing strategies
  • Committed to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) to establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the wider business
  • Thrives on working in a collaborative Talent Acquisition team
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Flexible, resourceful, and prepared to adjust
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
