What is Attio?

CRMs are at the center of the software stack for millions of businesses. They’re ubiquitous and totally essential, yet current products are completely archaic, unloved and in massive need of overhaul.

This is software that millions of people use for hours and hours a day – and a $50 billion category – yet you probably can’t think of a single awesome piece of software in this space.

Attio is changing that. We’re building a radically new type of CRM that is incredibly flexible and as powerful as the most advanced CRM data models, but also as intuitive, delightful and collaborative as today’s best software.

Attio is the CRM of the future: a living, breathing platform that connects with a customer’s GTM stack and evolves with them as they grow – from zero to IPO and beyond.

Why is this role important?

As a Senior Talent Partner at Attio you will work with Hiring Managers to hire across engineering, design, product, sales, success, support and operations.

We are particularly interested in hearing from those with:

  • Evidence of successfully recruiting talent into a startup with a high bar
  • Ideally across all IC and first-line manager levels. Exec is a bonus.
  • Ideally across all disciplines, engineering, product, design, sales, success, support, operations. Or a strong background in one group [Engineering, Product and Design OR Marketing, Sales, Success and Support]
  • Evidence of hiring process creation, effective use of sourcing tools, outreach and engagement success, community engagement success, candidate experience satisfaction and offer success rate.

Whose team will you join?

You will join the Talent team, working with Don and doubling the size of our recruiting resource. The team will focus on increasing Attio’s talent density by adding high quality talent to our team, community and networks. Whilst we work on hiring priorities, we continuously discover and review great talent for all areas of Attio, generating highly personalised engagement to build our talent community for when the timing is right.

What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Build and implement sourcing strategies
  • Outreach to people, communities, networks, channels and suppliers
  • Develop talent pipelines through sourcing, community engagement and referral generation
  • Find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels
  • Support hiring managers by running hiring processes and completing interview admin
  • Use Attio to store, managing and engage active / passive candidates
  • Generate reports to help improve hiring processes
  • Provide the best experience for hiring managers and candidates

What does the hiring process look like?

We respond to applicants before the end of each week and within 24 hours of each interview, we will request and share feedback at every stage.

Applicants can expect the following:

1. Application review: We aim to respond within one week
2. Introductory phone call: 30 minutes
3. Exercise: Take home assignment + 30 minutes discussion
4. Presentation: Preparation + 45 minute discussion
5. Offer stage: Meet the team, final calls, offer call

A lot of our interviews are enabled through self-scheduling but we are always on hand to speak to you or answer questions throughout the process. At the offer stage, you may want to speak to more of the team, see a demo or have other suggestions for us.

Everyone who completes at least one of the above stages will be asked to provide feedback on the overall process and offered some help on their career if it’s not joining Attio at this time.

What will an offer consist of?

  • A competitive salary of between £60,000 – £80,000
  • Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
  • Apple hardware and a budget for desk amenities
  • 25 days plus local holidays
  • Team off-site in fun places! (We’ve been to Barcelona, Lisbon and Malta so far)
