Job Description
Location and Working Arrangements: This role will be based 2 days onsite at the London Victoria office, 1 day at the Twickenham office in London, and the rest of the days working from home.

About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a strategic partner to our Director and leadership team, helping GMG achieve its objectives by building our people and talent capabilities. You’ll work closely with key team members to enhance colleague engagement, champion diversity, and create an exceptional colleague experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the GMG people strategy to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Coach and support leaders in creating successful teams.
- Lead and develop your HR team, ensuring high-quality operational support.
- Provide HR expertise in contract and tender submissions, including TUPE processes.
- Use people analytics to inform decisions, improve engagement, and retain talent.
- Advise on employee relations matters and champion DEI&B initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to align corporate initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Significant HR experience across the employee lifecycle, ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally with a strong HR track record.
- Experience in handling tender submissions and TUPE processes.
- Strong commercial and financial skills, with excellent Excel proficiency.
- Experience in both commercial and public sectors is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Proactive and with extensive knowledge of employment law.
- Strong advocate for DEI&B with a history of delivering impactful initiatives.
