The Client

This fast-scaling tech organisation is driving forward innovation in its sector and putting people experience at the heart of its growth strategy. With operations spanning more than 20 countries, the business has a strong presence in London and is known for its collaborative, fast-paced, and inclusive working environment.

As part of a broader benefits transformation, the organisation is seeking an experienced Benefits professional to support and shape the UK & Ireland benefits proposition during a period of parental leave. This is a highly visible opportunity to contribute both strategically and operationally to the ongoing evolution of the employee offering.

The Role

The UK & Ireland Benefits Specialist will lead on day-to-day benefits operations while supporting the enhancement and refinement of existing policies and programmes. Working closely with regional stakeholders, external providers, and internal teams, this role requires strong UK market knowledge and a hands-on approach.

Initially offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, there is potential to extend to 9 months depending on timelines and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Contribution: Support the execution of a refreshed benefits strategy with the opportunity to input into future planning.
  • Vendor Management: Manage provider relationships, negotiate renewals, and collaborate with procurement for contract optimisation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with People, Payroll, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Champion benefits within the business and support internal communications to boost understanding and uptake.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep knowledge of UK benefits landscape, ideally within high-growth or mid-sized tech-led environments.
  • A hands-on, autonomous approach and comfort operating within ambiguity.
  • Strong vendor management experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate data to inform recommendations.
  • A proactive, collaborative working style with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ideally immediately available (or available within 1 month)
