The Opportunity

As Manager, Share Plans / Equity, you’ll take charge of the global equity program in a role that blends operational oversight with strategic input. You’ll play a key role in shaping how this fintech rewards its employees while ensuring the smooth administration of its share plans globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration and day-to-day operations of global share plans, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align equity strategies with the company’s business goals.
  • Oversee audit processes, regular reporting to the board, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees about equity and its benefits.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Tax) and external providers.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Experience: A proven track record managing share plans in a fast-paced, international environment – preferably with relevant experiences in private and listed fintech, tech, or banking organisations. Experience in a consulting environment HIGHLY desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in equity compensation, including the tax, legal, and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Operational Skills: Hands-on experience with equity program administration and the ability to manage strategic projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidence in engaging with senior leadership and influencing decision-making.
  • Adaptability: A proactive, open-minded approach and the ability to pivot as business needs evolve.
