Retail L&D Partner

About the Job

Location: London-based (4 days per week in the office, with occasional international travel)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000

We’re partnering with a much-loved global retail brand known for its exceptional in-store experience and strong sense of community. They’re now looking for an energetic, hands-on Retail Training Manager / L&D Partner to join immediately and help elevate service standards across their network of international stores.

This is a practical, high-impact role. You’ll be spending time in stores, coaching teams, delivering on-the-ground training, and building confidence and consistency across retail teams worldwide.

You’ll bring people together, refine what’s already in place, and inject fresh energy and structure into how training is delivered.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Visiting stores (mainly in the UK, with occasional global travel) to deliver service and leadership training
  • Supporting store and regional managers to embed great customer experience and team culture
  • Reviewing existing training materials and identifying opportunities to improve or refresh
  • Creating practical, engaging, and accessible training content that brings brand values to life
  • Working closely with the Retail and People & Culture teams to ensure alignment across the business

About you:

  • You’ve delivered impactful retail training before – ideally across multiple sites or regions
  • You’re confident, positive, and naturally hands-on – happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
  • You love spending time in-store and helping teams bring great service to life
  • You’ve got strong communication and coaching skills and can engage all kinds of learners
  • You’re proactive, full of energy, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

An interest in sport or active lifestyles would be a bonus, but above all, this role suits someone who loves people, service, and creating great customer experiences.

Working pattern:

This role is predominantly office-based (4 days per week) at the London HQ, with one day working from home. The role will also involve some short travel stints to support stores both in the UK and internationally.ACE
