This role will require visits to our Fleet office.

You’ll help us continue to achieve our ambitious goals over the coming years by securing the talent we need to do extraordinary things.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the end to end recruitment process with a hands-on approach to candidate and hiring manager engagement.
  • Primarily supporting our Technology / Engineering functions, you will provide an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Leveraging your sourcing creativity to build relationships with diverse talent
  • Working with managers to identify skills gaps
  • Utilisation of various sourcing platforms (Linkedin, Cord etc)

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in an agency, RPO or in-house recruitment team, with a track-record of creatively sourcing diverse and in-demand talent
  • We believe that ‘everything is written in pencil’, so you’ll be able to show how you’ve previously adapted to changing demands and prioritised key deliverables.
