To help us on our mission to ‘Understand Every Voice’, we are seeking a dedicated People Partner – Tech & Product to join our People Team, playing a pivotal role in enabling our people in the Tech & Product.

As the People Partner for tech & product, you’ll be pivotal in enhancing the employee experience in the teams and will collaborate closely with leaders to help guide their journey.

You’ll be the HR expert, offering guidance on employee relations, championing diversity and inclusion, and feeding back into the team to help shape our wider people offering and products and have the chance to grow your skills while boosting our departments’ success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the tech and product departments by providing HR support, collaborating closely with the Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and tech and product leadership.
  • Managing various employee relations matters within the tech and product teams, offering guidance to managers including performance management.
  • Providing insights from the tech and product perspective to support the Senior People Partner and People Experience Lead shape the wider People Strategy and contribute to the People Product Roadmap.
  • Coaching managers on people issues, ranging from career development to managing difficult conversations.
  • Supporting the full employee life-cycle of our tech and product team including cyclical processes like performance and pay reviews for our Tech & Product teams.
  • Collaborating with the People advisor to manage operational HR tasks within tech and product.
  • Working with the Senior People Partner to align HR strategies with organisational goals and help build the People Partnering function.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the tech and product teams.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience of supporting a Tech and Product team from a People/ HR perspective.
  • Strong communicator with experience building trusted relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Curious and eager to make change.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Impact driven.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices/processes.
  • Good knowledge of complex ER from diagnosis to solution.
