Your responsibilities:

  • Extensive Global HR Direct Services & point of contact country (UK) Shared Service.
  • Support the P & C Ops Manager & Generalist to provide services to the Business Stakeholders.
  • Support the HRBPs/Managers/Employees on UK related employee lifecycle topics.
  • Support specific country & global initiatives and projects (e.g. Foxtrot)
  • Support with change management and company programmes to improve the employee/manager journey and experience
  • Seamless execution of full range of employee life cycle and transactional responsibilities related to Global/ Country (UK) administration
  • Subject matter expert on SAP/CDH/KIS and data maintenance
  • Process HR Services lifecycle e.g. Reports, Starters, Leavers, Promotions, Transfers, Maternity/Paternity Leave, L & D etc.
  • Administration of Compensation/Benefits process.
  • Support Payroll accurate data inputs – tracker/files, time & attendance files – for the payroll provider
  • Support specific country initiatives and projects

Your Profile as the People and Culture Advisor/Co-ordinator

  • Experienced in working in an HR team.
  • A degree in HR, or a CIPD or equivalent qualification + working experience.
  • Experience of the role of a People and Culture Shared Services Advisor/Consultant with good knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience from working in an international surrounding is not essential but would be an advantage.

You as a person

  • You are empathetic, customer focused, with an open approachable personality.
  • You have very good communication skills with the ability to develop effective relationships across functions and cultures.
  • You have very good organisational skills.
  • Experience with maintaining People and Culture Master Data in SAP/Data Maintenance and knowledge of how different systems and processes are connected in a large international company.

12mth Maternity Cover Contract.

Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office/2 working off site.

Salary – 45 – 50k + benefits.SPACE
