About the Job

Your responsibilities:

  • In close alignment with your Ops Manager, you will support and advise the wider Business Partners, Group Functions and Managers on country related topics.
  • Provide support and advise on the framework to act for HRBPs on key processes, including the employee life cycle, aligned with employee relations and employment legislation.
  • Support with developing and maintaining local processes, policies and advice to business colleagues, so ensuring compliance with Employment legislation and consistency.
  • Support local & global initiatives & projects (e.g. Foxtrot).
  • Support and advise country related topics, change management & improvement.
  • Together with HR Services, ensure a continuous development & improvement of transactional processes, improving efficiency and quality.
  • Provide advice on local Comps & Bens trends, ensuring competitive offerings: Fleet, Pension, Health Care, Life Insurance etc.
  • Experience with the management of Grievances/Disciplinaries/Employee Relations.
  • SAP/CDH/KIS Super User/expert support for Shared Services.

Your Profile as the People and Culture Generalist

  • A degree in HR, or a CIPD or equivalent qualification + working experience.
  • Strong experience as an HR Generalist
  • Experience from working in an international surrounding is not essential but would be an advantage.

You as a person

  • You are a ‘listener’, empathetic, consultative with an open approachable, warm personality.
  • You have very good communication skills with the ability to develop effective relationships across functions and cultures.
  • You have very good organisational skills and a passion for HR.

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office/2 working off-site

Salary: 60-65k + Benefits
