About the Role:
Reporting directly to our Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an SME environment, enjoys working independently, and loves making a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- ✅ Supporting recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding new hires
- ✅ Acting as a key HR contact for our team, fostering a positive work culture
- ✅ Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies
- ✅ Helping with payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
- ✅ Coordinating training and supporting performance development
What We’re Looking For:
- HR experience (at least 2+ years, preferably in an SME or FMCG environment)
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent desirable
- Knowledge of HR laws, payroll processes, and recruitment best practices
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple HR tasks
