The Role

As M&A HR Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Hyve’s growth journey. Acting as the HR lead on cross-functional deal teams, you’ll support all people-related aspects of M&A activity — from due diligence through to integration and post-close execution.

You’ll partner closely with HR Directors, the Chief of Staff, Head of Integration, and senior business leaders to manage risk, unlock talent, and ensure cultural alignment across transactions. This is a highly visible role requiring strong judgement, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

What you’ll do

  • Act as HR lead on M&A transactions
  • Lead HR due diligence and assess people-related risks
  • Shape and deliver people integration and change strategies
  • Partner with senior leaders on culture, talent, and workforce planning
  • Navigate complex, fast-paced, and international environments

Your experience

  • Strong HR generalist or operations background (6–8 years)
  • Hands-on M&A experience (due diligence and integration)
  • Confident stakeholder manager with high EQ
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and change
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
