Who You Are / Your Next Challenge

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will support the European markets with a particular focus on Ireland, France, Spain and Gibraltar. This role will sit either in the London office or in the Dublin office. You will be responsible for managing a central service team of 4 people based in Coventry and London.

You will have accountability for the full employee life-cycle in your markets including talent, employee engagement and regional people planning. Working within the broader HR structure you will also take responsibility for and work with the team and other stakeholders on Group projects.

What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role

  • Experience of working in a Senior HR role or HR Manager role essential
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced high pressure multi-channel environment
  • Exposure to working within a private- equity backed business is preferred
  • Experience of working in a sales led environment
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation and EU markets (Ireland, Spain, France, Gibraltar) – essential
  • Experience of working with international teams in an HR capacity
  • Experience of Budget Management
  • Experience gained within a regulated environment
  • Experience of managing statistics and navigating HR data
  • Fluent in Spanish verbal and written (desirable)
  • Fully CIPD qualified
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and delegation skills; ensuring tight deadlines and quality is maintained
  • Analytical with good investigative skills

This position is full-time, permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in London’Dublin as with an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
