The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for supporting the Director, Talent Acquisition and HR team in building best in class HR and Recruiting practices by leading and facilitating the group’s initiatives across the firm’s locations. They will regularly work with the firm’s Senior Leadership teams to help deliver within the HR function.

  • Learning and Development; Succession Planning
  • Human Resources Operations and Systems
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Employee Relations
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
  • 4+ years of HR experience HR experience across multiple sectors.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred (e.g. CIPD)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to navigate and quickly learn any HR Information System

You should have:

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable.
  • Solves problems in a creative and positive manner Energized by dynamic environments and entrepreneurial personalities.
  • Assists with all levels of work in support of the firm’s HR initiatives.

  • Works effectively and professionally with employees in multiple locations.
