Function: People and Operations
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition efforts across all regions with a focus on London, Singapore and Washington DC. This role is critical in ensuring that Access Partnership attracts, hires, and retains top talent, both permanent and temporary who can drive our mission forward. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, balancing hands-on delivery with the development and execution of a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy.
What you’ll do:
Global Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Access Partnership’s business objectives and growth plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring needs to business and client deliverables
- Ensure robust and healthy talent pipelines across multiple regions, practices and seniority levels
- Responsible for end-to-end hiring ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience
Senior Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders and hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs and create proactive recruitment plans
- Utilise data to guide and influence short and long-term hiring decisions
Build Robust Talent Pipelines
- Proactively identify and engage with high-potential candidates, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging digital platforms, professional networks, and industry events to attract top-tier talent.
- Focus on sourcing speculative and passive candidates, particularly for senior and specialised roles.
Data-Driven Recruitment
- Lead the use of data analytics to drive recruitment decisions, track key metrics, and report on the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Continuously refine and optimize the recruitment process based on data insights, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Employer Branding
- Build Access Partnership’s employer brand globally, promoting our values, culture, and opportunities to attract a diverse and talented workforce.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
- Champion DEI initiatives within the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring diverse candidate slates and inclusive hiring practices
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Leadership role, with global responsibilities
- Experience hiring within a professional services or management consultancy business, even better if this includes Public or Technology Policy
- Strong understanding of global talent markets and trends, with the ability to adapt recruitment strategies to different regional contexts
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making at the highest levels
- Expertise in sourcing speculative and passive candidates, particularly for senior and/or specialised roles
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use metrics and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and process improvements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
