- Partner Directly With the CEO & Executive Board – Be a key strategic advisor on organisational design, workforce planning, succession and international expansion.
- Own the Global People Strategy – Lead the people blueprint across Europe, the Middle East, APAC and new markets — influencing the organisation at the highest strategic level.
- Evolve a World‑Class People Function – Lead and support the evolution of a scalable, modern HR ecosystem spanning talent, reward, DE&I, culture, leadership development and more.

What You Bring
- Senior HR/People leadership experience at global executive level
- Experience in engineering, construction, professional services or complex project‑led environments
- Proven background in international expansion, new‑market entry or M&A integration
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA desirable
- CIPD/SHRM essential
