These sessions are designed for mid to senior-level HR and People professionals who are job hunting, feeling stuck in their careers, or looking for clarity on their next move.

Each session is tailored to you, but we typically cover job search strategy, CV and LinkedIn improvements, networking tips, and interview preparation. If you’re at a career crossroads, we’ll explore potential next steps together.

Mark has coached over 370 professionals with incredible feedback. Every session is focused on real, practical advice – not generic guidance. If you’re feeling stuck, this session will give you clarity, confidence, and an action plan.

There are two pricing options to make career coaching accessible:

  • £60 if you’re currently in a role

  • £30 if you’re in between jobs

Bookings are non-refundable, but you can reschedule if needed.
